Frequently Asked Questions

Find the answers to all your questions about tickets, rides, safety and more!

Do you accept card or UPI payments like GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc.?

Yes, you can pay by card at our ticket counters as well as our restaurants. We also accept payments made through UPI wallets.

Do I have to change my clothes before entering a water ride?

We follow a strict dress code inside the water park to ensure the safety of all our guests and to maintain the hygiene of the water. Guests are requested to wear 100% nylon or polyester clothes during water rides. You can either bring your own costumes or buy one from us at an affordable price starting from ₹150.

Can I bring my own swimming costume for the water rides?

Yes, we would recommend that you bring your own costume which fits into the dress code in the park. In case you are not wearing or carrying garments that conform to the dress code, we have swimwear available for sale. You could purchase nylon/polyester clothes at stores in the park near changing the room/locker area at a nominal price, starting from ₹150.

Can I wear a dupatta, tied properly, since there are men taking rides as well?

Sorry, dupattas are not permitted at the water or thrill rides to ensure your safety and to maintain the hygiene of the park. As per our dress code, sarees, churidars, salwar kameez, dupatta, formal pants, shirts, burkha, school uniforms, denims, etc., are prohibited. Since almost all our rides involve moving parts, we request you to refrain from wearing long or loose garments (saree, dupatta, shawl, scarf, hijab, etc.) to avoid the potential risk of accidents. In case you don't have apparel that fits the dress code, you can purchase nylon or synthetic clothes at our stores near the changing room areas inside the park at an affordable price, starting from ₹150.

Do you offer towels on rent in between water rides?

We don't offer towels or costumes on rent for hygiene concerns. However, you can buy them from the park outlets at very affordable prices.
