- Maximum 20 tickets can be booked online at a time.
- Tickets booked in advance are available for a maximum of 90 individuals.
- Only one time entry is permitted per e-ticket and no subsequent entry would be permitted due to security reasons, even if the guest needs a re-entry during the day of visit.
- Wonderla reserves the right to cancel tickets if they are found to be misused or misappropriated.
- Tickets issued under any offer are non-transferable.
- Tickets purchased with any offer cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Allow us to send you the tickets and communicate through WhatsApp, Email and SMS.
- Guests would be entitled to get a direct entry to the park on carrying the printout of the e-ticket along with an original valid photo ID proof.
- In case of not carrying a Printed E- ticket, the guest could collect the ticket from the designated Wonderla counter on the date of visit. This can be done by presenting the e-ticket soft copy or the message along with an original & valid photo ID proof.
- Senior citizens should produce an original photo identity card with age proof.
- Child tickets are based on height between 85 cm and 140cm and if the height of the guest found to be above 140cm during the entry verification, the guest would need to upgrade the ticket to an adult ticket by paying the differential amount at the park counter.
- In case the person mentioned in the booking and the guest at the park are 2 different people, then the original identity proof of the booking person as well as the guest have to be produced at the time of check-in.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru.

- Wonderla Holidays Ltd holds the rights to admission to the park based on the e-ticket and can restrict the entry if the transaction is found to be fraudulent or incorrect in any manner.
- By signing up, you agree to receive updates and offer communication on the email ID provided.
- To avail a Birthday Offer, the park visit date should only be in the birth month.
- Birthday Offer is applicable for a regular adult, regular child, and senior citizen ticket categories.
- Only one free birthday ticket can be obtained per transaction and within a calendar year.
- In case of a Birthday Offer, if the chosen visit date is outside the specified period, the free ticket will be invalid, and guests must purchase an entry ticket from the park ticket counter.
- To avail a Birthday Offer at the park entrance, identification proof will need to be verified. Failure to provide valid ID or furnishing incorrect details will result in the guest being required to pay the difference or purchase new tickets.
- If a guest mistakenly selects a birthday coupon for a higher-priced ticket, they must pay the difference amount at the park on the date of their visit.
- Birthday Offer is only available for bookings made before 8 AM on the day of the visit and cannot be used for offline purchases or through other platforms
- Birthday Offer does not apply to Fastrack tickets. However, guests can upgrade their offer ticket to Fastrack by paying the price difference at the park.
- Birthday Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions offered by Wonderla.
- Cotton attires are not permitted at the water park.
- Only attires made of Polyester or Nylon materials - T-shirts, shorts, bermudas, three-fourths or swimsuits will be allowed in the Water Park.
- Dress code is applicable for the park: Outfits such as sarees, churidars/salwars, dupatta, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and indecent attires are not permitted in the water park and certain high thrill rides.
