How to Reschedule or Cancel Park Bookings
- Visit www.bookings.wonderla.com
- Click on ‘My Bookings’.
- Enter your registered mobile number & request for an OTP.
- Enter the OTP to check Upcoming Bookings.
- Select a booking that you wish to modify.
Resort Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- Any cancellations or modifications to a resort booking must be done 24 hours before the check-in time, in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
Modification Policy
- There are no charges applicable for booking modifications.
- However, a difference amount will be charged on the following changes in ticket rate:
- Park location change
- Weekday to weekend change
- Category change
- The difference amount has no refunds applicable.
- Bookings can be modified before 12 am, one day prior to the original booking date.
- There is a validity period of 90 days for postponing a booking.
- Modification of your tickets will be allowed free of charge only once per booking.
- Cancellation will not be allowed on modified bookings.
Partial and Full Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation on the day of the visit is not allowed.
- For cancellations made 48 hours before the date of visit, 95% of the original amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 48 hours the date of visit, 85% of the original amount will be refunded.
- The above rates will also be applicable for partial cancellation.
- There will be no refund in the case of a no-show on the day of visit or after the date of visit
- Refund will be processed in 4 to 7 working days through the same method as the original payment.
