Mr. R. Lakshminarayanan
Non-Executive Vice-ChairmanMr. R. Lakshminarayanan brings over four decades of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand strategy. An alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore, he began his career with Hindustan Unilever, International Best Foods, and SmithKline Pharma, where he built expertise in sales, product development, and brand management.
He later joined Ogilvy & Mather Direct as National Account Director and went on to head its Chennai operations. His career progressed at DDB Mudra Communications, where he served in multiple leadership roles including Vice President – South, COO (New Initiatives), CEO – Mudra Marketing Services, and Executive Director on the Board.
In 2008, he founded Visalakshmi Consulting, a boutique brand consulting and training firm. He has also served as Chief Learning Officer and later Chief Strategy Advisor at iNurture Education Solutions. Recognized for his leadership contributions, he received the Guru Vandana Award in 2013 from the Governor of Karnataka.
Mr. Lakshminarayanan currently serves as Non-Executive Vice Chairman at Wonderla Holidays and has previously been Non-Executive Chairman of Jyothy Labs.
